1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bpc88 platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") enter into a legally binding agreement with bpc88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and bpc88.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on bpc88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had a bpc88 account closed for misconduct.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of bpc88 or its affiliated companies.

Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact number or email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. bpc88 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its absolute discretion.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

bpc88 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. All players are required to complete KYC verification before making a withdrawal. bpc88 may also require verification at any earlier stage, including at registration or when a deposit threshold is reached.

Acceptable KYC Documents

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driver's licence issued in Bangladesh.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your name and residential address in Bangladesh.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name, consistent with the payment method used on bpc88.

Documents must be clear, unaltered, and in their original format. bpc88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our support team may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4 Player Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) bpc88 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the individual will be closed and all balances, including winnings, will be voided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. bpc88 will treat all activity conducted from your account as authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] so that your account can be temporarily suspended pending a security review.

Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bpc88 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts after this period, provided prior notice is sent to the registered contact address. The fee will not reduce any account balance below zero.

5 Deposits and Payment Methods

bpc88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bpc88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your bpc88 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• bpc88 may impose deposit limits on individual accounts at any time for responsible gaming or security reasons.
• All account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed by the bpc88 finance team and are typically completed within two to twenty-four hours of submission, depending on the payment method and volume of requests at the time.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless our support team has approved an alternative arrangement in writing.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal limits are displayed in the Cashier section.
• bpc88 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if the associated account has not satisfied the wagering requirements attached to any active bonus.
• In the event that an erroneous credit has been made to your account (whether due to a technical error or human error), bpc88 reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly credited amount at any time.

7 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bpc88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum deposit thresholds, validity periods, and maximum bonus amounts. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• bpc88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. If a bonus is cancelled after being credited to your account, any winnings accrued from the use of that bonus may be voided at the Company's discretion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, or betting in a pattern designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk — will have their bonuses voided and their account reviewed for suspension.

8 Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All games and betting markets available on bpc88 are governed by their respective game rules, which are published within each game's interface or in the relevant sports betting section. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that particular game or market.

• bpc88 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. The integrity of game outcomes is independently verified.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, bpc88 will endeavour to restore the game to its pre-fault state. Where this is not possible, the round will be voided and any stake returned to the player.
• For live sports betting, bpc88 reserves the right to void or suspend markets at any time where the integrity of a sporting event is in doubt, or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• bpc88 sets minimum and maximum stake limits for all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bpc88 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

1. Using or attempting to use automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform.
2. Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
3. Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing information about cards held, game states, or coordinated betting strategies.
4. Any activity that constitutes or facilitates match-fixing, spot-fixing, or the manipulation of sporting events.
5. Using funds derived from illegal sources to deposit to bpc88 (money laundering).
6. Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
7. Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or bpc88 staff through any communication channel.
8. Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
9. Any action that disrupts, overloads, or compromises the security or availability of the bpc88 Platform or its infrastructure.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bpc88 Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, sound recordings, and database structures, is owned by or licensed to bpc88 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the bpc88 Platform or its content without prior written permission from bpc88.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bpc88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or third-party payment provider interruptions.
• Any error in game outcome resulting from a technical fault, provided bpc88 has taken reasonable corrective action.
• Unauthorised access to your account where bpc88 has not been at fault.
• Any decision by bpc88 to suspend, restrict, or close your account in accordance with these Terms.

bpc88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by bpc88.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

bpc88 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key principles include:
